Tom Hanzsche Vice President

Tom joined JM & Company in 2005 and is involved with senior level searches within the firm’s Manufacturing and Private Equity practices. His focus is on partnering with our clients to identify superior executive leadership who can fulfill the unique needs of each client or portfolio company’s business scenario.

Tom’s career includes over 13 years in the human capital industry. Prior to joining JM & Company in 2005, he was Director of the Philadelphia division of a Baltimore-based technology consulting and recruiting firm. He also previously held both regional and branch management positions for a global, internet-based human capital management and recruiting firm.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Tom spent six years as a naval officer in the Navy’s Surface Warfare community. While in Annapolis, he was a four year letterman on Navy’s nationally ranked, NCAA Division I lacrosse team.

Active within the local community, Tom is past President of the Conestoga Youth Lacrosse Association, and is currently a coach within the local girls youth lacrosse program. He, his wife, and four children reside in Berwyn, PA.
