Tom Figueroa Partner

Tom Figueroa has over 14 years of experience recruiting senior technology executives. Prior to joining JM & Company in 2003, Tom spent seven years at Kenexa, the last three as a Director leading their Information Technology Executive Search Practice.

Tom has helped build the executive leadership teams of eCommerce, Software, Hardware and Services businesses since 1996, including CEO and VP-level searches for clients such as Acsis, Alliance Consulting, CodeRyte, Corning, CyberShift, EPAC, Energy Solutions International, Integrian, Internet Capital Group, NexTone, NutriSystem, Paratek, Pindar Set, Smart Destinations, SunGard, VeriSign, Vcommerce, WhiteFence, xpressdocs and Yellow Book.

As a leader within Kenexa’s Technology Search Practice, Tom managed all aspects of the practice including staff management, business development, account management and service delivery. He was responsible for training and mentoring the practice’s Search Consultants and Researchers and was the key engagement manager for a number of Kenexa’s clients.

Tom holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. He graduated from high school at the American School of Paris and has lived in France, Chile and Venezuela. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French. He lives in Phoenixville, PA with his wife Sally and their three daughters.
