Steve Hallowell has been with JM and Company since 2005.  Steve works with Private Equity and Venture Capital clients and their portfolio companies as well as privately held and public companies.  Steve has completed high profile searches in the following sectors:  Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Building Products, Mobile Resource Management, Software (SaaS) and Packaging.  Recently completed assignments include CEO,CFO, VP of Sales and Marketing, Chief Safety Officer and Global Account Director.  A sample of Steve’s clients include; H.I.G. Capital Management, Sabert Corporation, Fleetmatics, Dayton Superior and Hardmetrics.

Steve Graduated from McDaniel College where he was an All American lacrosse player.  Steve was born and raised in Chester County where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
