Executive search has been JM & Company’s core competency for over two decades. The primary emphasis is Board of Director, CEO, CFO, and Division President assignments. We also focus on the leaders of all functional areas including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, and Research and Development.

Our executive search team consists of over 15 experienced consultants each focused on thought leadership in a market sector. Many of our consultants have worked in the industries from which they recruit and bring real world experience. Vertically focused, we prefer to take on assignments only within these industries. As a result, assignments are completed efficiently and with the highest level of quality.

Unlike many executive search firms, JM & Company does not use researchers or utilize third parties to place initial, qualifying calls. Each assignment is handled from beginning to end by an experienced search consultant who utilizes a global candidate network, does the research, makes every phone call, speaks to every candidate, and conducts every reference call.
