Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Toler was president of Campbell Sales Co. from 1995 to 2000. At Campbell Sales Co., he was responsible for $4 billion in sales, including Campbell Soup Co.’s flagship soup brands Condensed, Chunky and Select, V-8 beverages, and Prego and Pace sauces. He joined Campbell Sales Co. from Nabisco, where he was vice president, sales and integrated logistics from 1992 to 1995. Prior to Nabisco, he was vice president/national sales manager for Reckitt & Colman from 1989 to 1992. Toler began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked from 1981 to 1989.

Herman has also served as senior vice president and general manager for Impact Innovations Group, the second fastest-growing information technology services firm in Atlanta at the time. In the six years Herman spent with The Coca-Cola Company, he held a variety of senior-level operations positions and also led a team responsible for $250 million in sales to convenience store chains as director of customer management.

Herman began his career as a management consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he managed project teams in that merged and redesigned financial institution processes and systems. Before AOL, Redling was chief operating and marketing officer for Arnold Palmer Golf, a venture that established the first nationally branded chain of golf courses. Earlier, he spent 15 years in the entertainment and tourism industry in senior positions.

LeBlanc, 48, has extensive foodservice experience and has held several management positions at Kraft Foods and General Foods. At Kraft Foods, he successfully progressed through a series of sales leadership roles. His last two positions at Kraft were vice president of sales, foodservice west, and vice president of sales planning, foodservice operations and strategy.

He served most recently as executive vice president of Blacksmith Applications, a supplier of trade management software in the foodservice industry. Prior to Blacksmith, LeBlanc was the vice president and general manager of foodservice at Topco Associates, a cooperative within the retail, wholesale and foodservice channels.
The company also recently announced that it was moving its offices from Highland Park and Lincolnshire, Ill. to Lake Forest, Ill. It will close its Highland Park manufacturing facility in July 2009.
