JM & Company is a national executive search firm headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs. Founded in 1980, our purpose is to provide clients with the highest level of service and integrity.  JM & Company's initial entree into executive search was in the packaging, chemical, plastic, and paper industries.

Through continued growth and expansion over the past two and a half decades, we have continued to be a valued resource for all general manufacturing companies, while significantly expanding our search expertise in the Technology, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, and Financial Services sectors. Clients include both public and privately held corporations.

Since 1998, JM & Company has also become a value added resource to private equity and venture capital. Because of the necessity for the highest level of diligence and rigor throughout the search process, JM & Company has created two distinct practices dedicated entirely to private equity and venture capital.
