Leigh Klass Executive Search Consultant

Leigh’s focus is in the technology group and is dedicated to growing the space through the successful recruitment of senior level executives. Her concentration lies within Venture Capital and Private Equity companies.

Prior to joining JM & Company, Leigh was the Director of Information Technology Recruiting for JKO Consulting, Inc., a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing sales, marketing, IT and operations professionals for venture-backed technology companies. Within this role, Leigh worked in a variety of fields, including internet marketing, enterprise software, and networking and security. She has successfully placed individuals ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.

Leigh is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in International Business and Legal Studies. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and enjoys scuba diving and horseback riding.
