John C. Marshall CEO and Founding Partner

John Marshall has thirty years of executive search experience and founded JM & Company in 1980. John’s primary focus is handling senior management positions for portfolio companies of venture and private equity firms. John also spearheads JM & Company initiatives that are involved in improving the overall management of organizations. Throughout his career he has been extensively involved in the plastics, chemicals, industrial and technology sectors. John has been a noted speaker and has been published in directing and advising industry on how to attract and retain top talent in their organizations.

John has a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is married with two children.
