Fletcher joined JM & Company in 1997 and is dedicated to growing the firm’s leadership position in the venture technology sector.

During his tenure, Fletcher has been a key contributor in defining the road-map and executing the expansion of the firm's footprint in the venture community. Fletcher’s focus is working with early-mid stage growth companies to help them build their leadership teams. Industries include digital and social media, eCommerce, consumer internet and SaaS. Recent searches include CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, VP Engineering, SVP Sales, VP Business Development, and VP Online Marketing.

Current clients include First Round Capital, Idealab, Altos Ventures, Internet Capital Group, ABS Capital, and Valhalla Partners. Fletcher has experience in both national and international search.

Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. He is married with 2 daughters and resides in West Chester, PA.
