Fletcher joined JM & Company in 1997 and is dedicated to growing the firm’s leadership position in the technology sector.

Since joining JM & Company, Fletcher has been a key contributor in defining the road-map and executing the growth of the technology sector. Fletcher’s focus is partnering with Venture Capital Firms and their portfolio companies in the following industry sectors: Digital Media, eCommerce, Internet, BPO, Enterprise Software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Supply Chain, IT Consulting and Service Level Management. Recent search successes include CEO, President, CFO, SVP Sales & Marketing, VP of Business Development, VP of Marketing, and VP/GM Government. Current clients include First Round Capital, Idealab, Westbury Partners, ABS Capital, JMI Equity, Valhalla Partners, and Internet Capital Group. Fletcher has experience in both national and international search.

Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. He is married with 2 daughters and resides in West Chester, PA.
