Drew Pressman Partner

With more than twelve years of retained executive search experience, Drew Pressman specializes in senior-level searches in the manufacturing and services sectors working with private equity backed, publicly traded and privately held companies. Mr. Pressman also has extensive experience rebuilding the management teams of distressed companies. Mr. Pressman has recently completed successful searches for the following positions: CEO, President, COO, CFO, Member of Board of Directors, VP of Finance and VP Sales and Marketing. A sample of Mr. Pressman's clients include Oaktree Capital Management, Apollo Capital Management, H.I.G. Capital Management, Century Park Capital and Windjammer Capital.

Mr. Pressman joined JM & Company in 1993 and has played a significant role in the company's growth. He is a member of the company's compensation committee and growth committee. Mr. Pressman graduated with honors from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. He and his wife reside in Bryn Mawr, PA.
