David Speicher Vice President

With a decade of experience advising companies on identifying, hiring, attracting and retaining senior-level talent, David is involved with searches within the firm’s Private Equity and Financial Services practices.  His focus is on understanding the business objectives and cultures of our clients or their portfolio companies and aligning talent that prospers there.

Prior to joining JM & Company, David was co-founder and managing partner at a retained search firm conducting searches across traditional and alternative asset classes in the investment management industry.  Previously, he was responsible for national recruiting and talent management for Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., an asset management firm with over $15 billion under advisement. There, David was involved in numerous firm-wide business and growth strategy initiatives.  Earlier, he worked for a national retained executive search firm on searches in healthcare, financial services and non-profits.

Upon graduating from University of South Carolina, David served in the United States Navy in various capacities in naval aviation and cryptology.  He is married with three children and lives in Devon, PA.
