Craig Baker Vice President

Craig Baker has over twenty years of executive search experience and joined JM and Company in 1991. Craig has serviced client companies in the paper, packaging, and plastics industries, as well as private equity firm’s portfolio companies. Among the positions he has closed in the past several years are President, CFO, COO, VP HR, VP MFG, VP MKT, Director of Technology, General Manager, Sales Manager, and Plant Manager. Craig also has search experience in Europe, Mexico, and South America.

Prior to joining JM and Company in 1991, Craig spent seven years with a large Philadelphia area search firm where he established himself as one of the top recruiters in the packaging industries.

Craig holds a BS Degree from Shippensburg University and resides in Glen Mills, PA with his three children.
