Chad Pilling Vice President

Chad has been a member of the JM & Company team since 1997 and has specialized in executive level searches, primarily, in the paper, packaging and forest products industries. Chad brings to his position 21 years of sales and sales management experience in the paperboard industry and hands-on expertise in the folding carton, corrugated and high end specialty packaging sectors of the paperboard marketplace.

Chad joined JM & Company after successful tenure with Container Corporation of America, Federal Paper Board Company, Temboard Inc. and Price & Pierce International. During that time, he gained both a business and technical understanding of multiple industries. His experience serves him well in understanding a given company’s culture, the rigors of the position to be filled and in determining a candidate’s fit into an organization.

The combination of Chad’s 21 years of industry experience and 13 years of executive search experience make him a strong contributor to the JM & Company team and philosophy of providing qualified, on-target candidates to our clients.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology form Gettysburg College and a Master’s degree in Forestry from Duke University.
