Beth has over ten years experience in recruiting with focus expertise on executive search and recruitment process outsourcing. She has served clients worldwide, assisting in building organizations from the level of individual contributors to top executives. She has the ability not only to target and qualify the best candidates for organizations, but also to serve her client companies with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and commitment.

Beth has broad industry experience, including clients in the technology, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Upon joining JM & Company in 2009, she is dedicated to growing the company’s healthcare division, focusing on executive level positions with hospitals and healthcare companies.

Beth’s past experience includes Global Staffing Director responsibility with Kenexa, which included company-wide staffing and hiring processes, building close working relationships with hiring managers to develop and deliver effective staffing solutions.

Beth resides in Chester Springs, PA with her husband Greg and their son Devin.
