Andrew Henry Vice President

Andrew has nearly 15 years of experience in all facets of recruitment and executive search. In partnership with some of the country’s leading Private Equity and Venture Capital organizations, he is dedicated to growing JM & Company’s leadership position in executive recruitment. Since joining JM & Company, Andrew has delivered upon C-level, VP-level and Director-level search engagements for clients in various market sectors, including: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Device, Software, Telecommunications, Internet/eCommerce, Professional Services, Supply Chain and Logistics and other technology-focused sectors.

Prior to joining JM & Company, Andrew spent 10 years with Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA) which IPO’ed in June 2005. There, as a Principal within the Talent Acquisition practice, he served in several key leadership roles in Kenexa’s award-winning Recruitment Process Outsourcing business. Andrew was responsible for managing customer relationships, leading globally-dispersed recruitment teams and delivering consulting engagements to global customers ranging from early-stage, high-growth organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Andrew successfully worked with customers in a wide array of market sectors, including: Information Technology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Medical Device, Chemical, Media, Telecommunications, Aerospace and Financial Services.

Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife and their three children.
