Radha Patel Executive Search Consultant

Radha has 9 years experience in all facets of recruiting.  She is focused on the successful recruitment of senior level executives in various market sectors at JM & Company.  Her concentration lies within Venture Capital and Private Equity organizations. 

Prior to joining JM & Company, Radha worked with Kenexa in multiple roles over a 6 year period.  Her most recent was as an Operations Manager handling the management of a team of Recruiters, ensuring client needs are met and reporting on team success.  Through her time with Kenexa, she worked with pharmaceutical clients in recruiting for a variety of positions ranging from Research Associates to Senior Managers in the areas of Research & Development, Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Sales.

Radha graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Biology.  She currently lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, Kaushal and daughter, Shreeya.
