Jared is dedicated to growing the company’s technology practice with a focus on venture backed organizations.

Prior to joining JM & Company, Jared was the Founder and President of JKO Consulting, Inc., a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing sales, marketing, IT and operations professionals for venture-backed technology companies across North America. In this role, he completed searches in a variety of spaces including: enterprise software, consumer, internet media, networking and security. Jared has experience placing individuals at all levels from individual contributor to senior executives.

Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Syracuse University as well as a Law Degree and MBA from Temple University. He lives in Philadelphia.
