Alissa Moody Executive Search Consultant

Alissa is a member of JM & Company’s Manufacturing Practice.

Prior to joining JM & Company, Alissa was a Senior Recruiter at a boutique executive search firm in Manhattan that focused on high-level search for the Fashion and Retail industry. In this role Alissa placed Director to President level executives in merchandising, retail, sales, marketing and operational roles in global companies such as Nike, Burberry, and Liz Claiborne. Alissa also spent some time working with start up organizations in the Cleantech and Carbon space where she built teams primarily in the engineering and scientific research functions.

Alissa is a graduate from Hobart and Willam Smith Colleges, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a dual minor in studio art and art history. Alissa lives in Philadelphia.
