John D. Hildebrand Founding Partner

John has been with JM & Company twenty-three years. He, along with partners Bob Sargent and John Marshall, share responsibility for general operating functions of the firm. This includes business development, recruiting, training and development of new and existing employees, as well as day to day management of the company.

John’s area of business development and executive search is centered around private equity. Over the last 10 years John has focused his energies on growing JM & Company’s private equity practice. It now represents thirty percent of contributing revenue to the company.

John graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a double major in Economics and Politics. John was an All-American Lacrosse player. He lives with his wife and four children in Berwyn, PA and is active in youth coaching and golf in his spare time.
