Andrew (Drew) Pressman knows that great companies are built with great people. He has spent over 15 years recruiting top flight talent for his clients.  Having completed over 200 placements throughout the country and across multiple business sectors, Drew has mastered the process of finding, evaluating, attracting and helping his clients hire exceptional leaders.

Drew specializes in senior-level searches in manufacturing and services sectors with private equity backed, publicly traded and privately held companies. He has extensive experience rebuilding the management teams of distressed companies which offers the unique opportunity to reshape organizations.

Drew has completed successful searches across the corporate spectrum placing CEO's, President's, COO's, CFO's, Members of Boards of Directors, VP's of Finance and VP's of Sales and Marketing. Over the past five years, Drew has helped more than double the size of the private equity practice at JM & Company. A sample of Drew's private equity clients include; Oaktree Capital Management, Apollo Capital Management, H.I.G. Capital Management, Century Park Capital and Windjammer Capital.

Since joining JM & Company, Drew has played a significant role in the company's corporate growth. He is a member of JM & Company's operating and growth committee. During this time, JM & Company has tripled in size and has become a nationally recognized, top 30 retained executive search firm in the United States and is ranked #1 in the Philadelphia area.

Drew graduated with honors from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Computer Science.
