Joy Dunn Executive Search Consultant

Joy Dunn has nearly 13 years of experience in all facets of recruitment and executive search. As a member of the Technology Practice, Joy focuses on Executive Search across various industries including Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Technology Services.

Prior to joining JM & Company, Joy spent ten years with Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA) as a Principal within the award-winning Recruitment Process Outsourcing business, completing her tenure as the Director of Global Staffing and Corporate Human Resources. Joy was responsible for managing customer relationships, leading globally-dispersed high volume recruitment teams and delivering consulting engagements to global customers ranging from early-stage, high-growth organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently Joy served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant with Gulian & Associates, partnering closely with Technology customers to build internal recruitment processes and develop talent pipelines.

Joy graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. She resides in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
