Akpo Omene Executive Search Consultant

Akpo is a Consultant with JM & Company specializing in the Technology Sector with a focus on Venture Capital firms and their small to mid-cap portfolio companies.

Since beginning at JM & Company, Akpo has contributed to searches ranging from Vice Presidents to Managing Directors and Senior Directors of companies including Demdex, International SOS and Model N. These searches have covered the areas of ecommerce, digital media, Healthcare, Enterprise Software, Life Sciences and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), all carried out in a variety of fields including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Akpo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, where he led the club soccer team to three Ivy League championships, while also being actively involved in various campus organizations. Prior to that, he attended Winchester College in England, after growing up in his hometown of Lagos, Nigeria. He remains an avid soccer player, and currently resides in downtown Philadelphia, PA.
